This hotel is nicely located in the heart of Uppsala, right next to the train station but on the quieter side. Of course one has more hotel options next to the river. But as a city in the size of Uppsala, staying next to the train station is much more practical especially when you are traveling with multiple suitcases. The river is too far away to walk with your luggage, but too close to take bus/taxi. The staff is very friendly and helpful, flexible and can accommodate for special demands. And the rooms are very standard and neat, clean and cozy. Lots of breakfast options!

The breakfast buffet was amazing, huge selection of delicious food. The breakfast is open from 7-11 so perfect for people who like to sleep in. The hotel staff were all very nice and polite. We were staying there with a 18 month old and a 4 year old. The hotel was clean and the rooms were cleaned every day. The bathroom was spacious with a bathtub. The hotel is right next to the train station - it took about 3 minutes to walk from there. It took about 10 minutes to walk to the center of Uppsala. Next to the hotel was Coop so you could buy some food easily.

Loved this hotel! We got a beautiful corner room with a view over Uppsala which was amazing. The room was much larger than I was expecting and very stylish. Rooms were clean. Received a baby crib that broke but we got a new one immediately when we asked. staff was helpful and nice. The breakfast was really good with a wide selection for adults and kids. Location is excellent with just a short walk from Central Uppsala and also just right next to the train station.

The restaurant was really good, excellent option when it is too cold to go outside. The size of bedroom and toilet/shower room were spacious. People from front desk were always smiling and open to help you. There is a supermarket close to the hotel 3-5 minutes walking. 5 minutes walking from the train station
